- Mixed vegetables of your choice, I always add broccoli.
- Roasted baby potatoes
- Rice, Quinoa or Plantains
- Optional: Tomato paste and Meat or Tofu
- Seasonings: Salt & Pepper, Curry, Thyme, Ginger and Garlic
Dice veggies. Sautée vegetables with seasoning and garlic. Add meat (if you choose). Add roasted potatoes last. Top your rice, quinoa or plantains with sautéed vegetables. Enjoy!
