Vegetable Jambalaya_Recipe


  • Mixed vegetables of your choice, I always add broccoli.
  • Roasted baby potatoes
  • Rice, Quinoa or Plantains
  • Optional: Tomato paste and Meat or Tofu
  • Seasonings: Salt & Pepper, Curry, Thyme, Ginger and Garlic

Dice veggies. Sautée vegetables with seasoning and garlic. Add meat (if you choose). Add roasted potatoes last. Top your rice, quinoa or plantains with sautéed vegetables. Enjoy!
