Paula Eddy’s Steel Cut Brunch

Ingredients:

  • Steel cut oats
  • Fruit of your choice
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar, Agave or Honey
  • Nutmeg
  • All Spice

Turn crock-pot on low and add steel cut oats & water according to the SCO package. Add fruit, spices and sweetener. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve with toast or by itself!

P.S. Toss in nuts for some added healthy fats!
