- Tortilla chips (optional)
- Red or Black Beans
- Red onion
- Cilantro & Parsley
- Shaved steak, chicken or meatless if you prefer
- Sour Cream
- Mexican Blend Cheese: Monterey Jack, Colby Jack, Pepper Jack
Step 1: Lay down tortilla chips and top with some cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, until cheese is melted.
Step 2: Sauté vegetables in olive oil, take off heat when onions are translucent. Set aside.
Step 3: Take out of the oven and top with the cooked meat. Layer sautéed vegetables next.
Step 4: Top with lettuce, fresh tomato and herbs. Add remaining cheese on top of lettuce.
Step 5: Mix 1 tbsp. sour cream with 1 teaspoon Sriracha. Top entire dish with this mixture and serve with side of salsa.
Step 6: Enjoy taco night!
