Ashley’s Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Onion
  • Cubed white bread (2 slices)
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For stuffing: Saute apples, onions and celery in butter until tender. Add cubes of bread, parsley and chicken broth. Simmer on low heat.

Sear pork chops on each side until golden color is achieved. Remove from heat, slit pork chops to create a pocket. Stuff pork chops with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
