Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes (2-3 small-medium size will serve 2-3 decent sides)
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese is optional
Cut potatoes into long fries. Toss them into a bowl and add olive oil and fresh rosemary. Toss around until fully coated. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for added crisp.
Optional: Top with parmesan cheese right before serving!
P.S. Homemade honey mustard tastes great with these!
